This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process, pack, and ship all purchases made through our online store. Free Shipping
PLUGCOVE is proud to offer free standard shipping on every order placed within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden fees, or promotional codes needed. The shipping cost is automatically waived at checkout. This offer applies to all products listed on our website, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Free shipping is available for delivery to residential and commercial addresses, including P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses (with standard transit times extended to 7–14 business days for these locations). Please note that free shipping does not include expedited or overnight delivery options, which may be available at an additional cost.
Order Cut-off Time
All orders must be placed and fully processed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be included in that day’s fulfillment queue. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on recognized federal holidays will be considered as having been placed on the next business day. We strongly recommend placing your order early to avoid any delays in processing. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by our operations team.
Order Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require a handling period of 1 to 3 business days to pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. This handling window begins the next business day after your order is placed (if placed before the 5:00 PM EST cut-off). During high-volume periods, such as holiday seasons or promotional events, handling times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days. We will notify you via email if any unusual delays are anticipated. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.
Transit Time
After the handling period, your package will be in transit for approximately 3 to 6 business days. This transit window is based on standard ground delivery services provided by our trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Delivery times are estimated from the date the carrier picks up the package and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical events. PLUGCOVE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package is in their possession. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will initiate a carrier investigation.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands). International shipping is not available at this time. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, transit times may be longer (typically 7–14 business days) due to geographic distance and carrier routing. No additional surcharges are applied for these destinations under our free shipping offer.
Order Tracking
Every order shipped by PLUGCOVE includes a unique tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website or via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at the email address below.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. PLUGCOVE will not be held liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an address error after placing the order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the package is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing or handed over to the carrier. In the event of a returned package due to an invalid address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
PLUGCOVE takes great care in packaging your items securely. However, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund. For lost packages, we will initiate a trace with the carrier; if the package cannot be located within 15 business days, we will issue a full refund or reship the order at no extra cost.
